Post Doctorate in Philosophy from ICPR under Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi; Ph. D. from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur; NET qualified from University Grant Commission’ New Delhi; LL. B. from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur. He is certified Master Trainer from QCFI, Hyderabad, India. He has a vast experience in HR/IR from Corporate and NGO and 10+ years experience of research in higher education.

An extremely dedicated individual having varied and an encompassing Interest and experience of Rural India, whether it is education, wild life, rural traditions or art and culture. For his passion for education and towards untapped intelligence of rural India, he imparts his valuable knowledge and experience to these students at every step of the training. Perusing his dream Thar Academy was established in January 2012 imparting English language courses and training. With his zeal and dedication to enhance the untapped intelligence of rural India, especially for Hindi medium Students from Remote Area of Rajasthan (from where he originally belongs too), Dr. Yadav takes Workshop and Awareness programs at various schools, colleges and institutions in Rural and neglected section of Society. Along with Thar India who organizes Skill Development Program, Plantation, Wildlife Exhibition at various institutes. Dr. Yadav has given lectures in various cities across nation as visiting faculty in esteemed colleges and universities.

Dr Yadav’s mission is to start his dream project i.e. School of Entrepreneurs, where rural, tribal and under privileged traditional craftsmen or skilled person can utilize their skills properly for encroachment of their own tradition business or occupation to become a successful entrepreneur.

Dr. Yadav is also an avid writer and a variety of his work has been published regularly. He is also chief editor of an International Quarterly Research Journal ‘Nature and Society’ published under Thar India.
